Because sometimes you just just can't help getting ideas

Have you ever been sitting around, minding your own business and then WHAM an idea hits? Do you then find yourself furiously scrounging around for a sticky note or piece of paper to write it down, only to have it get lost or forgotten about later? Then listen up, because I have something for you.

You're almost always online anyway

The concept is simple. At work, you're usually online already anyway. Why not just have the Idea Wall open in another tab, ready to accept new ideas? Or how about the times when you desperately want to share an idea with someone, but you know you won't see that person for a while. The just post it on the Idea Wall and share it with them.

The concept

Think flickr, but for ideas. What I'm planning on is a place where you can post your ideas, keep them for yourself, share them with a select few, or if you're really proud of your idea, share it with the world.

Where is it?

I've already started another project on google code, but I won't link to it just yet, at least not until I have some sort of prototype available. I'll be hosting it as a subdomain on my site at http://ideawall.bluewavedigital.net. Of course, I'll post a link to the source code and to the Google Code project once I have a prototype built.
